These payment and billing terms govern the payment process for orders on houselyys in all our markets: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Ireland, United States, Spain, Italy, and France.

2. Payment Processing

  • Payment is due immediately upon completion of the order.
  • Orders are only processed and shipped after successful receipt of payment.
  • If a payment fails or is cancelled, the order will not be confirmed. In this case, we ask you to repeat the ordering process or choose another payment method.

Prices are automatically displayed in the currency of your delivery country:

Additional conditions:

  • The currency shown at checkout is binding.
  • All prices include the legally applicable taxes and duties of your country.
  • Price changes are possible at any time, but not after the order is completed.

4. Secure Payment Processing

  • Zorenza uses SSL encryption as well as established, certified payment service providers to protect your payment data.
  • Your credit card or payment data is not stored by us.

5. Refunds & Chargebacks

  • Refunds are made according to our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Refunds are made in the originally used currency (EUR, GBP, USD, or CHF).
  • In case of payment problems or uncertainties, we ask you to contact our customer service first before initiating a chargeback.

6. Invoices

Do you need an invoice for your order?

To protect our customers, we reserve the right to review, cancel, or temporarily hold orders in case of suspected fraud or unauthorized use.
