All sales processed through houselyys.de are subject to these General Terms and Conditions (GTC). These terms apply to all offers, sales, and purchases on our website in all countries (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Ireland, United States, Spain, Italy, France), unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

2. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to set quantity limits for each order, to reject an order in whole or in part, and to discontinue products without prior notice, even if you have already placed your order.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency of your delivery country (EUR, GBP, USD, CHF) and may be changed without prior notice.

Temporary discounts are available for newly added products for 30 days from the date they are added to our catalog. After this period, the products will be offered again at their original prices. Discounts on newly added products are applied automatically and displayed on the respective product pages. No vouchers are available for discounted products.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the payment methods we accept.

All displayed prices include all statutory taxes and fees. No additional customs duties or import costs apply.

4. Shipping and Handling

Products are shipped according to the shipping method selected at checkout. We offer free shipping ，standard，Expeditedto all our target markets.

Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delivery delays beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and all tags must be attached.

Refunds are processed based on the original payment method and paid out in the original currency.

6. Limitation of Liability

houselyys is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of the respective delivery country. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
